Recently one of the Messianic outreach families in Israel that IBF supports was asked to speak at a conference in the United Kingdom. Our friends were invited to bring a Middle Eastern Team consisting of Jewish and Arabic believers, and they were also invited to be some of the main guest speakers.
The husband writes, “We came with a team that consisted of myself and my wife, “W,”my assistant “Y” with his wife, “S” – our worship leader. I also invited a dear brother and friend, an Arab pastor “S” and his wife “P”, who pastor a church in Israel. Joining us on this trip also was a pastor and worship leader from Lebanon.
People were very touched to see our unity–that Jews and Arabs can stand side by side, loving one another as brothers, preaching the Word of God together. It opened many people’s hearts and became a powerful testimony in itself throughout the conference.”
Real peace comes when people treat each other as brothers because of their relationship with the Prince of Peace– Sar Shalom in Hebrew– Messiah Yeshua. Peace comes to a nation one heart at a time. Repentance and peace go hand in hand as we humble ourselves before G-d.
